1 -2 cans ethically caught tuna in brine ( drained)
100g good mayonnaise
1tbs Greek yoghurt
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 handful fresh dill finely chopped
1small onion diced
3-4 large sliced gherkins
1 tbs capers
A generous squeeze of lemon
( a splash of vodka optional)
Salt /pepper
Dill for garnish
Drain the cans of tuna well then blitz in a bowl with the mayonnaise the mustard the pickles dill capers and onion til smooth add the lemon juice adjust the seasoning and garnish with extra dill and black pepper - serve with sliced, Brown toast triangles , crackers, celery and carrot sticks for a 70s vibe ..
