Pistachio chilli & cranberry Rocky Road with white chocolate

200g broken biscuits - hobnobs, digestives shortbreads

200g chilli dark chocolate ( or just dark)

200g good quality milk chocolate

135g Slightly salted butter

2tbs golden syrup

1tbs chilli jam

1handful of chopped pistachios

1hsndful chopped pecans

1handful chopped cranberries

1 Handful of rice crispies

Line 8" brownie tin m. In a saucepan melt the chocolates the butter syrup and jam stirring constantly til smooth then cool. Add in the rest of the ingredients stir well pour into tin pushing into the corners and flattening slightly .chill in fridge 1/2 hr then remove, carefully melt the white chocolate in a bowl in the microwave and using a spoon roughly drizzle con top return to fridge to set before removing and cutting.
