Preheat your oven to 220c and lightly butter a square oven 22x22 tin or oven dish
roll ab all butter rectangular puff pastry sheet out and brush with 1tbs melted butter then sprinkle with a mix of 2tsp cinnamon powder and 1.5tbs demerara sugar and scatter 2tbs chopped pecans and 2 tbsp raisins then gently roll up the long end and cut the ‘sausage’ into 6 slices. place in the buttered tin cut sides up and brush with a little beaten egg and bake for 30mins or until golden brown. Whisk up 50g icing sugar with 2-3tbsp milk and a little lemon zest and drizzled on
