1 handful of fresh mint leaves stalks removed

1heaped tsp soft brown sugar

1measure tequila

2-3 limes juiced

Plenty crushed ice

1-2 tbls caster sugar

Pretty glasses

Cocktail shaker

Pop your glasses in the freezer whilst mixing !

Pour the caster sugar into a plate.

Pop the mint leaves in the cocktail shaker with the brown sugar lime juice and 'muddle' ( crush using a wooden spoon handle to release the oils from the mint leaves ) remove the glasses from the freezer rub the rims with the lime carcass and gently roll the edges in the sugar. pour the tequila into cocktail shaker and the crushed ice and shake well til the shaker feels iced pour straight into the glasses and enjoy !
