I large piece of salmon
1tbs miso paste
1tbs dark soy sauce
a pinch of chilli flakes
1/4 tsp paprika
1.5 tbs runny honey
Juice of a lime
A sooonful sesame seeds
Black pepper
A little sesame oil to mix
Spring onions finely chopped
Kay your salmon skin side down on foil in an oven tray. In a harbour bowl whisk the marinade ingredients thoroughly then brush over the salmon and lightly fold foil to create a loose parcel . Bake in hot oven 15-20 mins. 5 mins before the end of cooking open the foil slightly baste and allow to colour. Serve sprinkled with the spring onions and sesame seeds, with rice and streamed vegetables or smooth mash and charred broccoli spears
