250g minced pork
250g minced lamb ( or beef if you can't get it)
1 finely chopped red onion
1egg whisked
1 handful fresh breadcrumbs
1 handful fresh parsley
1tbs mayo
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 zest of a lemon
Salt pepper
Olive oil
Plain flour for dusting
Coriander bunch
Add a couple of tbs of flour to a plate & season well and mix .
Mix the meat egg spices breadcrumbs together in a bowl squish with your hands then roll into a torpedo shape and roll in the seasoned flour ensuring they're covered all over m.
Heat a couple tbs oil in a heavy pan then gently fry all over till brown and cooked through .
Serve in wraps with sliced cabbage onions tomatoes tzatziki and lots of fresh coriander
