1 bottle dry white wine
6 cardamom pods
6 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
Sliced zest of 1/2 orange
4oz Sugar ( add more if you prefer it sweeter )
Pop everything into a pan bring to a simmer for 20 mins or so. Allow to cool then strain into a sterlized kilner bottle and keep chilled.
To mix the cocktail :
1part Gin
4 parts mulled wine
A slice of lemon sqeeezed and popped in
A handful crushed ice ( optional)
