1tsp sesame oil
2tsp ponzu soy sauce
1tsp runny honey
1large carrot
2-4 spring onions
4-6 radishes
A handful fresh chopped coriander
2-3 crisp romaine lettuce leaves
1 -2 chicken breasts
1tsp hot sweet chilli sauce
1tsp dark soy
1tsp sesame oil
1handful dry roasted peanuts lightly crushed
Chop your chicken into strips .heat the oil and stir fry quickly moving the chicken around the wok adding the soy then the chilli sauce to slightly blacken and go sticky . Set aside
Mix your ponzu soy with the sesame oil and the honey, taste and adjust to your preference. Peel then grate the carrot wrap in a cloth tightly to squeeze out any water . Roughly Chop the lettuce, then using a mandolin slice the radishes and finely chop the spring onions and coriander mix the salad together with the Carrot cooked chicken sprinkle with the peanuts and drizzle with the vinaigrette ..
