Black olive Tapenade

I jar drained black olives (340g aprox)

1-2 garlic cloves

2 anchovy fillets

1tbs drained capers

Juice 1/2 lemon

1handful fresh parsley (stalks removed)

1tbs olive oil


Pulse all the ingredients til a rough paste is formed, taste & adjust lemon and seasoning to your preference, serve garnished with a few extra olives chopped parsley and a drizzle of oil with toast or crackers
