2 ripe Brie
2fresh sprigs thyme
2 dat garlic cloves
2 tbs chilli jam ( or cranberry jam with chilli flakes added)
Remove the cheeses from the packaging and cut them in half so you have 4 wheels. Place the bottoms in an ovenproof dish so they fit snugly in, dollop a spoonful of chilli jam on each wheel then a sprig of thyme on each, replace the tops on each Brie. Cut a small cross on the top of each, then cut each garlic clove into slivers and press the slivers into each cross.
Place the cheese in a hot oven for around 15 mins or until the Brie is bubbling golden and melting - serve with cut toasted ciabatta
