A delicious and quick lunch to throw together Just make sure you stock up on capers & gherkins!
taste 2 bagel halves. in a bowl mix a couple of tbs cream cheese with 1tsp horseradish 1tbs chopped fresh chives and a squeeze of lemon . Smear onto the bagel, top with slices of responsibly sourced smoked salmon and thinly sliced radishes, add 1tsp of capers a sprinkling of very finely chopped red onion, some more chopped chives a good grind of black pepper and serve with lemon slices radishes and baby gherkins..
