1/4 -1/2 red cabbage finely sliced
2-3 carrots grated
3- 4 finely sliced spring onions
2tbs olive oil
1tbs seasame oil
1tbs rice wine vinegar
1tbs soy sauce
2tbs agave syrup
1minced garlic clove
1/2 tsp chilli paste
1handful mixed seeds ( pumpkin sunflower etc)
1 crushed handful unsalted peanuts
A squeeze of lime juice
Coriander leaves for garnish
In a hot pan toast the mixed seeds and set aside. Whisk to combine the oils vinegar soy agave garlic chilli paste and add a squeeze of lime to taste - . Mix the cabbage carrots and onion together in a bowl drizzle with the dressing add coriander and the crushed peanuts and seeds. Toss well before serving .
